Learn how herbs were used for cooking and medicine in the past, and how you can still use them at home today. This hands-on class will be held in our historic kitchen and outside in our herb garden. Participants will touch, taste and smell a variety of plants, and learn how to make some time-tested skin care products and tasty natural treats. Class concludes with tea and desserts- herbal, of course! Recipes and resource list will be included.
